The conference rate is still valid for early arrivals and late departures (from October 24 to November 1).

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after
deducting the cancellation fee of 6000 JPY before 23:59 (GMT+9) of
August 31, 2009. Nothing will be refunded after September 1, 2009.
