The one-year ISMIR membership fee is included in the registration fee.
An ISMIR member has voting privileges and is eligible to be an officer of the society.
Lunch, reception, and banquet are complimentary (0 JPY) for registered
participants thanks to financial supports.
Onsite registartion and payment are available at the Registartion desk. We will accept only credit card payment.
Those registering onsite are not guaranteed admission to the conference banquet.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after
deducting the cancellation fee of 6000 JPY before 23:59 (GMT+9) of
August 31, 2009. Nothing will be refunded after September 1, 2009.
Registration Desk
The registration desk is located on the 3rd floor of the Kobe International Conference Center.
Registration is possible on every day of the conference, starting 9:15 am on Monday,
8:15 am on Tuesday, and 8:35 am on Wednesday to Friday.
The registration desk will be open until 6:00 pm on Monday to Thursday and until 11:00 am on Friday.
